IT Support Team Leader in Dubai office

A multinational professional services firm is looking for an IT Support Team Leader to lead a small team of support desk professionals in their Dubai office.

Our client is looking for an IT support team leader to ensure service levels are met, the role will entail dealing with complex queries, consult with the business to understand issues and key IT support requirements. You will deliver high quality support to the business and work closely with other global offices as well as working with outsourced suppliers.

To be considered for this role you should have a bachelors Degree or hold qualifications such as MCSE, MCP or CCNA. Candidates who hold an ITIL certification will be advantageous.

Candidates who have experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity coupled with some experience in an IT support desktop engineer role will be advantageous.

All candidates should have previous experience working with a professional services work environment ideally within a law firm, you should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
